The key components and parts of complex electromechanical products are difficult to be machined and the technological process is complicated currently,the majority of enterprises use the production pattern which combining two-dimensional engineering drawings and three-dimension model.There exist several issues in the traditional process mode,such as the lag of automation level and low timeliness of information which could not meet the rapid production needs of companies.In order to improve market competitive capability,enterprises must build a information system of three-dimensional model which is oriented to the entire product lifecycle and the rapid generation technology of 3D process model becomes the key to the implementation of system.In view of the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing mode and the low degree of automation of existing three-dimensional process software,this paper which is based on national defense major research project studies the relevant technology of the rapid generation of 3D process model.Besides,the prototype system is developed which is based on the platform of Creo,the main work is as follows:(1)According to the requirement analysis of three-dimensional process model,this paper defines it fully and analyzes its composition structure.Two rapid generation methods of 3D process model are studied,finally the reverse modeling method is selected as the main generating method,meanwhile it analyses the key technologies involved,the generation process of 3D process model is given which provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the development of prototype system.(2)The feature recognition technology of the rapid generation of 3D process model is researched.The Geometric information of the part model is extracted to construct the weighted attribute adjacency graph,the manufacturing features are recognized automatically combining feature recognition algorithm with the self-defined feature judgment rules.In addition,a manufacturing feature library is established to perform feature matching and feature management.(3)This paper puts forward feature suppression technology for 3D process model.Taking the intermediate process model as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the rapid generation method of intermediate process model and the automation degree of the generation of process model is improved.(4)On the basis of the above theoretical researches,the manufacturing feature recognition and suppression prototype system for three-dimensional process model is developed.Furthermore,this paper introduces the specific implementation procedure of each function module of the system indetail.
