Device-to-Device(D2D)technology has the advantage of short communication distance,high transmission rate,low delay and low power consumption,and it can reuse wireless resources of cellular communication.In order to satisfy the requirements of quality of service in the future wireless mobile communications,3GPP introduced it as a key wireless technology to the 4th generation mobile communication system.When the D2D communication and cellular communication reusing the same spectrum resources,in order to coordinate the interference caused by the introduction of D2D communication,this thesis focus on designing the resource allocation algorithm and scheduling algorithm in the D2D communication system while taking the system fairness as an important performance indicator.Firstly,this thesis analyzed the influence of D2D communication on system throughput and system fairness and obtained the system fairness index expression of D2D communication and cellular communication in orthogonal and non-orthogonal resource sharing mode.Then,an improved step-based scheduling algorithm was proposed based on the proportional fairness criterion.The optimal power control scheme and the maximum user weight matching scheme were combined in the algorithm,which can balance the user's fairness and system throughput.Finally,based on the maximum and minimum fairness criterion,a fast resource allocation algorithm was proposed to maximize the minimum rate of the communication link for fair allocation of resources between the cellular user and the D2D user.Some conclusion can be obtained by the simulation results:(1)The introduction of D2D communication into the cellular system can improve the throughput of the system,but the fairness of the system will decrease with the increase of the number of accessing D2D users;(2)The proposed step-based scheduling algorithm based on proportional fairness algorithm can balance the system throughput and long-term fairness of users;(3)The proposed fast fair resource allocation algorithm achieve the optimization of the spatial multiplexing gain of orthogonal spectrum,whose complexity is of polynomial order.
