As explosive growth of data with development of new technology such as mobile internet,internet of things,cloud computing and so on,big data has become a new innovative technology in information domain.The management mode and operation mode of a great many industry is being recreated by applications of big data,at the same time,big data brings bright future to book industry for its business opportunities and performance.In the era of big data,books planning and marketing activities will be depend on data and analysis rather than experience and intuition.Data has already become the core assets of enterprises,because it contains a huge commercial value and it has a profound influence on the development of enterprises.For online bookstores,big data technology can solve the deficiencies and problems already existed,so it will play a important role on precision marketing of online bookstore.At present,the books issue has shifted from a seller's market to a buyer's market.The fierce competition and the increase of rational readers make Guangzhou book center is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.As the main body of market economy,compared with other enterprises,book center is weak in marketing consciousness and ability.Compared with foreign online and offline bookstore,there is a big gap in books precision marketing and personalized services.The article analyses new train of thought and implementation method of book precision marketing in ways of book precision marketing and book personalization with big data and cloud computing as the main point of view.In order to get accurate book recommend for Guangzhou book center,the article builds a book precision recommendation system with big data and designs Collaborative Filtering Recommendation with book clustering on the basis of based the joint recommendation of content and users.IT build a cloud system for Guangzhou book center,and upgrade the concept of book to knowledge.It forges a Knowledge service ecosystem with marketing service,educational training,Intelligence consulting,planning innovation so as to realize the personalization of books and related services.Finally it verify the validity of the algorithm with public data sets.It proves the effectiveness of the algorithm by accuracy rate and recall rate of the improvement recommendation algorithm.And by this way,it proves the validity of the book recommendation system of Guangzhou book centerThe contributions of the article are mainly embodied in three ways.The article is based on the problem,and focus on the value enhancement of practical application on the basis of theoretical research.It designs a book precision recommendation system and algorithm based on big data.And it puts forward the concept of "1 + 4" knowledge service ecosystem focusing on books,and provides the idea for the transformation and upgrading of Guangzhou book center.
