Organic electroluminescent devices have all solid state,illuminated,ultrathin,super light,high brightness,big viewing Angle,fast response speed,high resolution,low power consumption,flexible,and low manufacturing cost,has received widespread attention.This paper based on the blue and red light device,white light is studied in light-emitting diodes.Study itself to realize color flat TV shows,lighting congealing has important significance.White light electroluminescent,generally by different colors mixed together,the white OLED device was designed according to the principle of blue and red double color synthesis of white light.Monochrome blue OLED and red OLED design and preparation process are the foundation and key of white OLED devices.Therefore,this paper using the vacuum thermal evaporation process preparation of OLED thin film devices,plans to study the preparation and properties from the OLED device.First preparation blue OLED devices,we use BePP2 to blue light emitting material,in order to get good blue launch BePP2 best deposition rate,and discuss the related mechanism;Second,keep the BePP2 best deposition rate,by changing the thickness of the luminous layer contrast electrical and optical properties of different devices,comprehensive consideration to get the optimal thickness of blue light emitting layer;Then the preparation of red light OLED devices,the carrier injection and transport mechanism,analysis of the organic layer thickness and doping concentration affect the performance of devices,for the preparation of high quality white OLED provides theory and technology support.Research focuses on the white light OLED devices,by selecting high efficiency fluorescent light-emitting materials,reasonable design of device structure,the preparation has high efficiency,high brightness and high color stability of white organic light-emitting diodes,and the luminescence mechanism carried on the thorough analysis.Finally,after on the preparation of device performance test and analysis of the principle of white light OLED devices for the optimization of the structure:ITO/2T-NATA(20 nm)/NPB(30 nm)/BePP2(35 nm)/Alq3:DCJTB(50 nm:2.0%)/Alq3(30 nm)/LiF(1 nm)/Al(100 nm).
