With the vigorous development of information technology, social networking, ecommerce and online games have become an important way of people's life in the 21 st century.Virtual property refers to the property in the online world which is competitive and persistentant and also can be exchanged or traded as goods, including online banking, online account, online game-weapons,virtual currency and so on.The data of the virtual property has a tremendous growth. How to store the massive data is a serious problem of the virtual property preservation system. This paper focuses on the optimization of the virtual property preservation system. The main work includes:1,Through the analysis of virtual property preservation system's load balancing degree and its data partitioning method,we find the load imbalance of the nodes during the operation of the system. To solve this problem,we propose a consistent hashing based data redistribution algorithm.2,Through the analysis of the massive data and the secondary indexes of the virtual property preservation system,we find the maintenance cost of the indexes gradually increases but the query efficiency it brings is not obvious. To optimize the query performance of the system,we propose a efficacy assessment and a reconstruction methodof of the secondary indexes.3,In order to test the effectiveness of the methods we propose,we design two simulation experiments.Through the analysis of the experimental results,we find the methods we propose in this paper can optimize the performace of virtual property preservation system.
