Nowadays,with the rapid development of computer science and network technology,information technology is widely used in many areas and draws a mass attention to human being's working and living.In the meantime,with the advance of informatization,automatization,and the integration of the network,the automatic level and the intelligent level of the network of national critical infrastructure have been improved significantly.However,security threats have also been brought to the critical infrastructure either.National Critical Infrastructure Network(NCIN)is a new type of converged network formed by the interaction and penetration among physical,information and social networks,which security involves in physical,information and personal comprehensive control.It has the features that the threats and attacks in NCIN can cross domains.Viewing the improvement of the security of the critical infrastructure as the starting point,the challenge for the self-development controllability of the critical infrastructure,this thesis describes the self-development controllability of importance and significance to the critical infrastructure security.Meanwhile,the smart grid as the main research objects,the analysis and investigation technology on the self-development controllability of National Critical Physical Infrastructure(NCPI)was investigated in this thesis.Specifically,the investigations included in this thesis are mainly as follows:(1)Getting more information of critical infrastructures through multi-channel and building a critical infrastructures database.Via the study of the methods of Web text information acquisition and text information processing,this part is mainly implements the automatic abstract methods based on the statistical method,which provide a way to access to key information rapidly and constantly enrich the database of critical infrastructure field for further research to evaluate of at the same time.(2)Acquiring the core node of the critical infrastructure at all levels on the basis of the analytic network process.In this part,the power grid,which is the core domain of the critical infrastructure is viewed as the key point of this study.Based on this,it clarifies the significance of the key subnet,equipment and the component.Moreover,it also investigates the product supply chain of the power grid,and as a result,it builds up a closed-loop administrative model of the product life cycle.(3)Finding out the reason factors which have influence on the security and self-development controllability of critical infrastructure by analysis method based on multi-attribute fuzzy factors decision making.Combined with the principle of graph theory and matrix theory,adopting the method of multi-attribute fuzzy factors decision making,we find out the reason factors which have influence on the security and self-development controllability of smart grid from the first factors and the second factors.Last,according to the evaluation algorithm is mentioned in this thesis,the security and self-development controllability of specific equipment will be evaluated.(4)To implement the self-development controllability evaluating system of the critical national infrastructure.The prototype of the security and self-development controllability evaluating system of the NCIN relevant product is designed and implemented.The system's functions include: product's security and self-development controllability evaluation,the dynamic graphical display and the product information management within a relevant domain.
