With the continuous development of China's manufacturing industry,there is a big promotion in climbing space.Now,servo systems have been applied to more and more manufacturing industry,such as CNC machine tools,aerospace,packaging machinery,robotics and other sophisticated high-end fields.Therefore,the servo system has become one of the important symbols to measure the level of technology in China.Due to the requirements of the working principle,the traditional servo driver is relatively expensive,and the system responds slowly,and the connection is more complex.In order to solve the defects of the traditional servo driver,the embedded PLC servo driver has emerged.Consequently,greater demands are being placed on servo debugging tool.In this paper,the debugging tools are designed for embedded PLC servo driver in the development environment of WINDOWS operating system and MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO 2010.Firstly,this paper introduces and compares the advantages and disadvantages between the traditional servo system and the embedded PLC servo system,and studies domestic and foreign situations of servo systems,and proposes the overall structure design of the debugging tool.The overall structure of the embedded PLC servo driver debugging tool is designed in detail by using the MODBUS communication protocol and the good data structure.Then,the PLC instruction module and ladder diagram module are designed and implemented by using the object-oriented programming language C# and the MVC programming ideas.The ladder diagram editing module provides friendly editing interface and logic error prompt for users and implements some basic operations on graphic elements such as adding,removing and modifying.The compiler module realizes the transformation from the ladder diagram to the instruction table,so as to realize the compiling process of the instruction list program.Finally,lots of test cases are designed to test and verify the main functions of the debugging tool.The test results show that the debugging tool has good performance,and can meet the demands of servo driver debugging,and achieves the original intention of the design,and provides an effective and feasible research scheme for small and medium enterprises to developing productions of debugging tools.
