Based on the principle of binaural positioning,the sound source localization technology based on dual microphone is widely concerned.Some frequent errors in the dual-microphone localization will affect the positioning results,this kind of node is called the fault node.The purpose of this paper is to detect fault nodes in a dual-microphone sound source localization system.Firstly,this paper introduces the sound source location method based on dual microphone and the influence of fault node in localization system on the localization result.Then,based on the analysis of the causes of the faulty nodes,a fault node detection algorithm based on the specified sound source location and the fault node detection algorithm based on the selfadaptive number of events are proposed.The fault node detection algorithm based on the specified sound source location is suitable for the environment with more trouble nodes,but it needs to calculate the specified sound source location through the node position information in the network.The fault node algorithm based on the self-adaptive number of events can randomly place the sound source,but only for the environment with fewer fault nodes.In this paper,the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation.In the environment with less than 50% of the fault nodes,the fault node detection algorithm based on the self-adaptive number of events is better.In the environment with the fault node occupies more than 50%,the fault node detection based on the specified sound source location is better.
