| In recently years,the comfort of shoes has always been an issue of concern.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demand for the comfort of shoes is also increasing.There are many factors that affect the comfort of shoes.The following two aspects are the most important.One is whether the shoe last fits human foot;the other is the change of temperature and humidity inside of the shoes.Researches on plantar pressure and gait promote the development of medical rehabilitation and sports field.The research of plantar pressure has a positive effect on the study of diagnosis and prevention of foot disease.Plantar pressure study will play an important role in the field of medical and sports.It will get more affirmation and attention in the areas of sports and health.Therefore,this paper mainly studies are shoes last,and plantar pressure.Based on the customization and sensing technology,foot plantar pressure,temperature and humidity of the shoes were studied.At present,the competition in the shoe making industry is increasing fierce.In order to meet the market demand,the production of footwear must meet consumer’s demands in the style and comfort.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a rapid transformation of shoe last virtual design system to reduce the cost of the company.This study proposed a new system which can change the design of shoe last according to customer for realizing mass-customization.This system can quickly change the shape according to preferences without physical design.Based on the Arduino development board,an intelligent temperature and humidity testing device was developed,which can transmit data wirelessly.It was used to test the temperature and humidity of the sport shoes and leather shoes.By testing three different motions(sitting,walking,jogging),the continuous data of temperature and humidity were extracted.After data analysis,it is found that when people wear leather shoes or sports shoes sit quietly,the shoes temperature is rapidly rising before the start then the temperature is kept constant,and the humidity rapidly rising then slowly rising becomes stable.Two kinds of shoes temperature and humidity trends are roughly the same.While walking,the temperature inside the sports shoes or leather shoes rises quickly in the first,then rises slowly becomes stable,while the humidity rises quickly until the maximum value then shows a slow decline.The humidity has a rising trend when subjects sit to have a rest.But the temperature and relative humidity inside the leather shoes are higher than the temperature and humidity of the sports shoes.While jogging,the temperature and humidity of sports shoes have been increasing.Comprehensive analysis found that the temperature and humidity of sport shoes rise faster if subjects do violent movements,the value changes are bigger.This study developed a new foot planar pressure testing system based on 3D printing technology and fiber Bragg grating.The 3D printing technique was adopted for creating sensing unit,which was combined together to form the foot planar pressure testing system.This system has the advantages of simple manufacture technology,high resolution,multiplex mode,and low cost.This foot planar testing system was adopted for studying the plantar pressure distributions of students with load changes and pregnant women with weight increment.The study found that people’s body leans back when the back load increases,the plantar pressure increases,arch pressure has no obvious change,the pressure of the first metatarsal and fourth metatarsal decreases.When the women abdominal load increases,the heel and the fourth metatarsal area of feet pressure become larger,the pressure of the first metatarsal area and the arch area is almost constant.No matter the load increases on the human back or the belly,the pressure of the heel area increases;the pressure of the fourth metatarsal decreases while the back load increases,but the pressure of the fourth metatarsal increases while the belly load increases.Therefore,regardless of students and pregnant women,it is particularly important to protect the heel of the foot. |
