At present,China's road traffic is still in the stage of rapid development.The construction of related infrastructure is not perfect.The number of vehicles involved in road traffic is complicated,and the number of vehicles traveling on the road is increasing year by year.This has caused the complicated road traffic environment.Traffic management departments is trying to control and reduce traffic accidents at the same time,we must seek rapid,accurate and objective way of dealing with traffic accidents,in order to minimize the losses caused by traffic accidents and effects.Computer vision technology in recent years has been rapid development,at the same time,in our country to promote the process of urbanization process,video surveillance also will be a large area of installation,the composition of the relevant system has gradually become urban governance and social supervision important means,the scope of application is more and more widely.Compared with the traditional method of vehicle motion measurement,computer vision related technology is used to calculate the continuous motion of the vehicle,which has higher practical value.Through the analysis of the imaging law of CMOS vision sensor,the conversion relationship between the four coordinate systems of the real space coordinate system,the auxiliary spatial coordinate system,the plane coordinate system and the logical coordinate system is established.After analyzing the conversion relation,put forward the regional dynamic ratio algorithm of the vehicle,and the corresponding solution method is putting forward according to the different situation of the vehicle movement and the possible drop frame problem.In order to verify the accuracy of the proposed method,the vehicle transient motion state recognition experiment is designed and implemented,including the vehicle displacement measurement verification experiment and the vehicle speed measurement verification experiment.By comparing the experimental data with the calculated data through the algorithm and the error is analyzed to verify the accuracy of the calculation model for the speed of the continuous motion of the vehicle.Design and development of vehicle transient motion state measurement system,the establishment of basic information input,video image processing,reference point settings,perspective trajectory analysis,speed displacement calculation,data storage and reading module.At the same time to protect the software of intellectual property rights,the development of software applications for hardware encryption protection.Using the developed system to calculate the case in reality,verify the practicality of system functions.
