With the rapid development of the internet technology,lots of digital data such as video,audio,images and 3D models emerged into the internet and have been widely transmitted and shared by increasing people.Information transmission in digital form makes the communication more convenient and fast,while produces a lot of security issues.Traditionally,the safety can be achieved by the cryptography which can encrypt the information.But the encrypted information is always easily to be detected,which means the safe level of the information transmission will be definitely affected.Information hiding technology,as an important field in information security,can hide the confidential information in the redundancy of the digital medium(or the carrier)to transmit based on the insensitivity of HVS to the redundant data.So the concealing transmission will definitely improve the performance of communication safety.Focusing on the information hiding technology based on the digital images and 3D models,the design of the hiding regions and the embedding strategies will be studied.Two algorithms are proposed.First,the digital image-oriented information hiding algorithm based on the carrier self-repairing system.After GHM multi-wavelet transform,the high energy sub-image of the carrier will be chosen as the hiding region.After the scrambling procedure on the hiding region,which can eliminate the correlation of it,the four lower bit-planes will be handled with SVD(the singular value decomposition)for the invisibility.The confidential information can be embedded into the singular value to improve the robustness of the algorithm according to the stability of SVD.During the extraction of the secret information,the damaged stego image will be self-repaired to minimize the difference between it and the original image to ensure the stability of the SVD.The experiment shows that this algorithm is of strong robustness and better invisibility,especially its anti-cutting property.Second,the information hiding based on 3D profile analysis.The carrier model here will be scaled non-uniformly and then rotated with a certain angle,and the scaled-model should have the same value in length,width and height.Then the profile of the projected scaled-model will betransformed into 0/1 sequence.As a result,this algorithm will be robust against most of the scaling attacks because of its non-uniformly scaled pre-processing.Besides,it is robust against cutting because of the fixed step size and rotating angle for the repeated embedding of the secret data.Based on the research on the hiding region and embedding rules for the digital image and3 D model,one new algorithm based on each kind of carrier has been put forward.The research result will be expected to solve the problems brought by rotating and cutting attacks during the transmission of the stego-carriers,and satisfy the security transmission.
