In reality, each individual belongs to more than one relationship communities which have a complex connection between each other and everyone has various identities to face with different persons.Notice the multiplicity and complexity of relationship,it is easy to find these phenomena: friends maynot know each other in the same circle of friends;our workmate also is a friend;a person's friends and relatives may not know each other at all.Whether it is messages or infectious diseases can spread through these complex networks. When the messages that contains the information of the infectious diseases are transmitted among the population at the same time, what is the impact of these messages on the spread of infectious diseases? Without doubt,it is very necessary to study the epidemic spreading process with messages spreading. In order to study these effects of complex social relationships and the messages of infectious diseases on the epidemic spreading process,it is firstly to study the information exchange between different social relationships. After hearing the epidemic messages,an individual will do stress responses to avoid to be infected according to the previous experience in reality. In this paper, the behavior is named as individual stress avoidance behavior. Therefore, the propagation of social messages in real networks will influence the epidemic spreading process.Based on the two pointsabove, this dissertation is divided into two parts:(1).Based on the stress responses of individuals, the SIS*S epidemic model is improved on small-world networks and BA scale-free networks. And the simulations are implemented and analyzed. Results indicate that the behaviors of individual stress response could induce the spreading resistance and adaptation on network level. This phenomenon shows that networks ware learning how to adapt disease and the slow and health evolution process couldimprove their immunization to the future infectious diseases and wouldeffectively prevent the infectious diseases spreading.(2).A multi-relationships network which is different to multi-community networks is constructed to find the effect of complex interpersonal relationships on the epidemic spreading. In order to illustratebetter,a new MR-SIS epidemic model is proposed and validated in this paper. Results indicate that the subnetwork topology structure has effect on epidemic spreading process.Especially, controlling these nodes in overlapping subnetworks is advantageous to suppress epidemic spreading.Based on this conclusion,a new immunization is proposed and the experimental result indicates that it is a feasible and effective epidemic disease immunization strategy.
