In the research process of the 5th-Generation mobile communication technology, the rigidity of the network architecture and the low efficiency of resource utilization have become the main problems that restrict the development of wireless communication technology. The emergence of wireless network virtualization has become an effective way to solve the bottleneck of wireless communication development.Wireless network virtualization technology can be used to abstract the physical radio resources, form a resource pool, and allocate resources to various types of business through centralized control and management, thereby enhance scalability and stability of the network. This thesis mainly aims to study the problem of radio resource allocation in different network models.Firstly, the radio resource allocation in the scenario of one single base station is researched in this thesis based on network virtualization.Considering the result of the scheduling of service requests to final result of resource allocation,a joint resource scheduling and allocation method based on queuing theory is designed. In the process of request scheduling,a scheduling strategy based on the request type and time urgency is used. The service requests in the queue are rearranged at the end of the queuing period, and the acceptance rate of service requests can be improved.According to the result of request scheduling process, the mapping of service requests to resource blocks can be achieved by resource block mapping process efficiently, using the proposed resource embedding algorithm based on the request scheduling, which ensures the fairness between the users.Simulation results show that this method outperform the existing algorithms in improving system throughput and increasing resource utilization.Secondly, radio resource allocation in the scenario of ultra-dense network is studied in this thesis, based on the ideology of network virtualization. In combination with the characteristics of ultra-dense network,a resource allocation method for ultra-dense networks based on dynamic clustering is designed. This method divides the resource allocation process into two sub-processes,as dynamic clustering process and resource block allocation process. In the clustering process,a modified K-means clustering algorithm is used, which can determine all clusters based on the random distribution of base stations in the network.Meanwhile,in the process of resource block allocation, the proposed resource block allocation algorithm based on proportional fairness can allocate resource blocks of all clusters in the resource pool to the corresponding accessing users in different modes, simultaneously, reduce the interference between users, and improve the rate of edge users by multi-point cooperative transmission.Simulation results show that the proposed method can get a higher user sum rate in densely small networks. Finally,a resource management platform is designed and implemented for dense small base station.Through the construction of the underlying wireless access network and the upper management platform, physical resources can be abstracted and isolated, and uniformly controlled by the management platform in the form of virtual resource pool.On the basis of service requirements and network real-time status, the platform allocates the best resources to users and enhances the quality of service.
