Research And Implementation Of The Demestic Tour Operator Oriented Individual Tourists Management System

With the rapid growth of national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,travel has become a way of life for many people.As the development of tourism market and the growth of tourists' self-awareness,the early single package tour has been unable to meet the needs of tourists.Tourists begin to be the individual,tend to arrange their travel activities by choosing self-guided tour and DIY package tour.Due to the characteristics of individual tourist,such as small scale,multi-batch,short predetermined period,much requirements and changes and so on,that brings challenges to the domestic tour operators in managing tourist's information and arranging them in a group,etc.This system is aimed at the problem in the research and development,to satisfy the demand of the domestic tour operators in the individual management.The main work can be summarized as follows:(1)A domestic tour operators-oriented individual tourist management system is designed and implemented,which separates the view layer and the service layer of system by the object-oriented method and MVC framework.This system is developed based on the development environment of Microsoft.NET Framework 4.0,and the development languages of C#,JavaScript,HTML and other languages.The main functions include:basic information management,order management,planning and arrangements,financial settlement and document printing,which meets the business needs of the domestic tour operators' daily work.(2)The key problems in the process of system development are as follows:(a)The model of the most time-consuming grouping and sending car operations and an automatically grouping and sending car algorithm is proposed by combining greedy algorithm and branch-bound algorithm,which can rapidly provide a feasible scheme to group and send cars,greatly reduce the time and effort of the business personnel spending on operation,and improve the work efficiency of travel agency.(b)The high availability of the system has been studied from the high availability of service and the high availability of data to ensure the availability of system at failure.(c)In order to improve the system security,aiming at the current mainstream Web attacks(XSS attacks and SQL injection attacks),defense ability of the system is improved through the"filter disinfection".This system has been applied in practice,which can satisfy the demand of travel agency well,and improve the efficiency and service quality of travel agency.
