In task-specific Laser-Tracking measurement,measurement field planning is to determine the number and position of Laser-Trackers,Common Points and Enhanced Reference Points,and the planning work is constrained by the certain instruments,tested-object and measurement precision requirement.In current practical engineering,the planning task mainly depends on the experience of technicans and experiments,so the efficiency and precision demand of application is hard to meet.According to the requirement of Laser-Tracking measurement,the issue of the automatic planning of measurement stations and common points layout are studied.The main work is as followings.Firstly,according to the complex surrounding of measurement task,the products,frocks,instruments and common points are abstracted.Based on polygons,a unified model is constructed for Laser-Trackers,common points and their permissible regions.It provides basic supports for the planning of measurement field layout.Secondly,an algorithm about the movement of Laser-Trackers and common points is designed.It calculates the next position of the instruments and common points with some rules such as processing polygons approximately equivalently and identifying the relative positional relationship between Laser-Trackers and permissible regions.Thirdly,an algorithm for Laser-Tracking measurement field planning is proposed on the basis of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).The layout of Laser-Tracker stations and common points are updated by the algorithm.And the uncertainty of the layout is evaluated by Computer-aided measurement software.With this algorithm,a feasible or optimal layout can be got easily.Fourthly,the preprocessing of Laser-Trackers project is designed to enhance the veracity and efficiency of measurement field planning.The project includes permissible regions establishment,measurement points introduction among measurement field simulation,and Laser-Trackers parameters' evaluation.Finally,according to the result of simulation solution,a confirmatory experiment for the layout of Laser-Trackers and common points is designed.And the solution is verified by the experiment.
