As we all known,the operating room should be strictly controlled in a sterile environment.Using contact interaction devices(such as mouse,keyboard and touch screen)to operate medical equipment is easy to spread bacteria,bring us safe troubles.The contact-less interaction devices based on optical induction can be a very good choice in this situation.But at present most of the optical contact-less interactive devices that using camera as the sensor can be affected when the environment light was weak.Besides,they also require sophisticated hardware and software to process image data.To solve these problems,a new method has been put forward to construct the contact-less human-computer interaction system in this paper.The method suggests using the infrared reflection photoelectric detection array to form a specific light field in front of the array.The infrared light will be reflected by the interaction subject,then the system will be able to locate and track the interaction subject that entered the light field,and then realize the interactive action recognition.The ability of resist background light interference was effectively improved by using infrared modulation and phase lock amplifying demodulation,and the resolution of the system was greatly improved by using A/D converter to accurately quantificat the reflected infrared light signal intensity combined with the centroid algorithm to calculate the position coordinates of the interaction subject.In this paper,the photoelectric detection array and each part of hardware circuits have been designed and the PC software based on the Windows operating system was realized.At the end of the paper,a set of contact-less human-computer interaction system based on photoelectric detection array was completed.According to the test result,the contact-less human-computer interaction system that designed and accomplished in this paper has a good ability to resist background light interference and can work under various illumination conditions.The resolution of this interaction system is 0.3 mm,the responding speed is 100 fps and the working range is 4-10 cm.This system meets the demands of practical application to a certain degree.
