The super-resolution microscopy imaging technology based on structured illumination has been applied in ground microscopic imaging system,with the principle to change illumination in the microscopic imaging system to achieve high-resolution image of the sample.In the field of life science,two-dimensional structured illumination fluorescence microscopy can be used in living cells or tissues to observe fluorescent molecules,ion concentration,signal substance and so on.On the other hand,space microscopic imaging technology,as a key technology in space life science,uses the microscopy imaging system and auto-focus technology to carry out research on animal and plant cells.With the promotion of China's space station project,requirements of imaging technology are also rising.Therefore,combine structured illumination with spatial microscopic imaging system together to carry out research on new space microscopy imaging technology based on structured illumination to achieve a higher resolution of the microscopy imaging in China's space life science equipment,which provides more robust technical support for space life science experimentsThe main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the traditional space life science microscopic imaging system,combined with the international development of microscopy imaging based on structured illumination,choosing structured illumination as a lighting source,setting up a set of space life science experiment including structured illumination microscopy imaging system prototype,consisting of the optical and electronics aspects to realize system functions;(2)Based on the conventional structured illumination super-resolution microscopic imaging reconstruction algorithm,an improved algorithm for multi-phase image reconstruction for noise-based suppression is proposed.The simulation of the whole system proves that three-phase imaging reconstruction technology can improve the imaging resolution and that improved multi-phase image reconstruction algorithm can suppress noise and improve system stability.(3)In the microscopic imaging system built,microscopy imaging experiments were carried out in the phase-shift structured illumination space microscopic imaging system.Analyzing the collected image data gets the conclusion that the system based on structured illumination has better imaging results than ordinary spatial imaging systems.
