The fire of mined out area and the gas disasters of mining face is a key threat to coal mine production safety,in order to improve and perfect the fire and the gas disaster prediction and early warning problem in the coal mining area,this paper use gas,temperature,CO,wind speed and other data as the object,research on the key technology of data fusion in the underground mine.Mine cable monitoring system has its inevitable limitations,such as mined out area wiring difficulties,and Working Face often retractable cable inconvenient.Using wireless sensor network(WSN)technology,design and use wireless systems and wired systems combined monitoring methods,easy to carry out more effective and flexible monitoring of the mine.For wireless monitoring networks need to save energy and disaster forecasting requires multiple-parameter of judgment,using data fusion technology,prolong the service life of monitoring network,and reduce the false alarm probability,get more accurate and reliable prediction results.This paper use BP neural network for mine WSN data fusion,according to historical monitoring data in a certain way of integration for the next period of time in advance to predict the security situation,and aiming at the large differences of the two area monitoring parameter types and the change law of the data in the goaf and the working face,to design different neural network structure respectively,two kinds of data fusion for different location of underground mine,and sent the fusion result to the ground monitoring center by the wireless station,the final prediction result is displayed by the monitoring center.Use Matlab software for repeated comparison test,give the results and analysis of the simulation of network operation efficiency on the second hidden layer nodes of mined out area BP neural network and hidden layer nodes of working face BP neural network.Add wireless transceiver module on “coal mine safety production monitoring system”,achive the function of wireless data transmission,Based on wireless sub-stations,wireless gas sensors,wireless temperature sensor,wireless CO sensors and wireless wind speed sensor build experimental platform,conduct WSN data fusion technology testing and verification,the results are given to verify the feasibility of the experiment.
