Fatigue,which is a decline of labor ability due to overwork,specific performance: the flexibility decreased,decreased the efficiency of work and increase the error rate in doing work,reduce coordination,and accompanied by the subjective feeling of fatigue,weakness and fatigue.In other words,it is the body at an intermediate function between arousal and sleep two in extreme cases,which is the last result of many physiological changes.Severe fatigue may occur or disorder of physiological function disorders.EEG is a nonlinear and non stationary central nervous physiological signal,which contains rich information of the brain.It can reflect the human physiological state accurately,one of the main methods of fatigue assessment of EEG signals when the fatigue assessment based on.Being Based on wavelet packet transform,extracting alpha EEG wakefulness and fatigue,theta and delta waves of three kinds of rhythm,permutation entropy algorithm are based on feature extraction of EEG fatigue,and SVM classifier to achieve fatigue assessment based on state.A design of EEG acquisition and fatigue analysis system.Data acquisition system consists of two parts: preprocessing module and MCU system.In the preprocessing module,amplifier circuit with integrated amplifier AD627.The asymmetric notch filter circuit composed of a resistance capacitance network and the resistance capacitance coupling circuit,voltage control method for two order active low-pass filter cascade 50 Hz notch,highpass and lowpass filtering,then realize signal de-noising.SCM system selection by multi chip CD4053,filtering the amplified EEG signal into the AD7713 analog to digital conversion.Single chip microcomputer system to realize communication with AD chip through the SPI interface,and the data is transmitted through the serial port to the host computer.Based on C# and MATLAB mixed programming,the realization of the design of the upper computer's fatigue analysis system.
