| The virtual community is an online social network of individuals who interact through social networking services,potentially crossing geographical and political boundaries in order to pursue mutual interests or goals.People would carry on public discussions and share requirements,ideas,and suggestions over the collaborative networks.Analysis and Data-Mining of a large data-set of virtual community.Integrated the innovation resources to accelerate product design iteration and meet user requirements.It's become the key factor of which company want to dominated the market.To help designers deal with big data,capturing of customer's requirement,accomplished the design innovation,other than be a data processor.The thesis builds up a virtual community-oriented online data visualization system to help designers run user studies.The visualization system help designers get the job done as efficiently as possible,and analyze the requirement more accurately.The main work of this paper are as follows.At first,this paper reviewed provide a comprehensive view of the existing research on user study methods based on user-centered design and virtual community based on open innovation model.It aims to find the deficiency of the existing methods and to probe for new method of user study for virtual community,and select the appropriate solution-Data Visualization.Secondly,this paper discussed the basic theory of visualization design methods,application methods and principles.Thirdly,follow the visualization model,then built up an online data visualization system based on MIUI virtual community.Visualized user data as multilevel hierarchy data,time series data,topics data and designed interactive visualization platform.At the end,Conducted to usability tests to verify the effectiveness and usability of visualization systems.Summarized the principle of the virtual visualization system design principles based on feedback from usability tests.The results showed that the designers can be more accurately and easily extract dynamic user requirements by visualization systems for virtual community,and efficient conduct user study. |
