The requirements of high speed and high precision of CNC system determine its high synchronization,high real-time performance and high reliability.With the development of computer and microprocessor technology,CNC system hardware processor technology can meet the basic needs of the application,therefore,practitioners will be locked in the eyes to enhance the performance of CNC system communication.This paper puts forward the solution of EtherCAT real-time Ethernet technology and dual core operating system Linux+Heros.EtherCAT industrial real time Ethernet has been widely used in CNC system for its high real-time,high reliability,high sensitivity and synchronization.The dual core operating system can make the non real time tasks and real-time tasks of the numerical control system be processed by different processors,so as to improve the real-time and synchronization of the CNC system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:According to the technical requirements of the CNC system for the internal communication network,EtherCAT master / slave communication controller is designed and implemented,which mainly includes the main / slave station architecture,hardware and software and other key technologies and implementation details.In order to realize the real-time performance of the communication system,the dual kernel structure of Linux+heros is adopted when designing the EtherCAT master controller.The algorithm of the controller is designed,and the CANOpen protocol implemented in the algorithm module maps the control command to the object dictionary from the station.The spline interpolation algorithm is studied in detail,and the three B spline interpolation algorithm is implemented.Using software Autothink configuration of various test engineering development Beijing Hollysys company,to verify the EtherCAT master/slave communication controller is correct,real-time and reliability etc..The experiments are carried out to verify the performance of the CNC system,such as real-time,consistency and error rate.
