Self-tuning PID temperature controller based on TEC has feature of simple equipment,high controlling accuracy and so on,which is widely used in many aspects,such as national defense,medical,scientific research,etc.However,when the ambient temperature change,not only affects the temperature of the controlled object,but also the temperature of the radiator and causes the TEC temperature to rise.This makes the original parameters need to be adjusted.In the parameter tuning process,conventional systems will causes the controlled object temperature fluctuations easily,and requires temperature convergence time.All this will affects the stability of the whole system.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs an adaptive PID temperature control system based on embedded system with dual temperature detection function.The system monitors the temperature of the radiator and the controlled object at the same time through two temperature sensors.When the temperature of the radiator changes,the temperature control system can quickly determine the appropriate parameters according to the temperature change of the radiator,then reduce the temperature fluctuations in the process of setting parameters and setting time-consuming.The test shows that the temperature fluctuation of the system can be controlled within ± 0.2? in the process of ambient temperature changes.Compared with the traditional fuzzy control algorithm,this system has less temperature fluctuation is and can reach a steady state quickly.
