The flexibility of the hand is high.And it plays s important role.However the stroke or hand trauma can lead to obstacle of hand movement function after surgery,which causes a great impact to the patient's daily life.Therefore the treatment of hand rehabilitation caused great concern.In traditional rehabilitation training,the therapist guides patients to complete physical exercise in one to one way.This method is inefficient and can't meet the demand.So the intelligent hand rehabilitation equipment gradually grow and develop.The rehabilitation finger exoskeleton robot that this paper studied is for the stroke patients rehabilitation devices.Firstly,this paper study the current situation at home and abroad of this field.on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing equipment,Finger rehabilitation programs exoskeleton is designed as far as possible to be a better service to patients.Based on the principle of Planar linkage mechanisms,this paper designs a single-input and multi-angle exoskeleton link mechanism of single rehabilitation finger,which makes the whole rehabilitation equipment more portable and family.In order to better use the control technology of motor in the power supply,this paper use the series elastic actuator in the drive unit,which make the output is flexible and make up for the lack of rigidity of the motor drive.So the whole rehabilitation equipment has institutional flexibility and the comfort of wearing.In addition,the finger rehabilitation robot studied in this paper has taken the surface electromyography signal(s EMG)as the natural medium of human-computer interaction,which not only has the rehabilitation mode of the fing er rehabilitation robot,but also improves the active participation of the patient,The training process is no longer monotonous and boring,greatly improving the rehabilitation training effect.
