People’s exploration of the unknown field, the use of automatic control technology and the involvement of the computer, and promote the development of remote control technology. So far, the remote control technology has been applied in many dangerous environments to help people to develop the unknown world. Remote control technology can reduce the loss of resources and reduce the time cost, therefore, engineers hope to make the advantages of this technology will be more long-term play. Remote control is the main terminal equipment through the radio or electrical signals and other remote controlled terminal equipment to achieve the ability to control. Combining video surveillance technology and remote control technology can make the operator feel and make better response to the complex environment. Therefore, the remote monitoring technology is gradually formed. Remote monitoring is to obtain the remote information and realize the remote operation by the corresponding technical means.This paper mainly focuses on the research of network communication of mobile robot arm remote control system based on arm, will be placed on the mobile platform,through the network communication technology, the mobile manipulator and remote control. Based on the network through the mobile maintenance control system of mechanical arm is studied based on the main window is a multi-task function module design, system design consists of hardware part and software part, finally analyzes the implementation of remote control system. It provides an effective whole research program for the system test after Japan. Has reached the disposal of the task in the dangerous environment, for industrial production, field pipeline construction operations,equipment maintenance and other aspects of providing more practical application of the operating equipment. To maximize the security of personnel in the case, the completion of the task, with practical significance.
