In recent years,fishing gear industry is developing rapidly,for the flexible mesh product,like fishing nets,product quality requirements are getting higher and higher.In the past,the method of detecting the flexible mesh was manually detected,this method is inefficient,the accuracy is insufficient and the cost is high.To deal with these problems,based on the original equipment of the factory,this paper has developed a flexible network of mesh quality automatic detection system.In this paper,the detection of the mesh quality of flexible mesh is realized by machine vision technology.Firstly,the flexible mesh is tensioned on the original equipment of the factory,then the flexible mesh is taken by the industrial camera and the picture is transmitted to the industrial computer through the Gige gigabit network.And then use Visual C + + call OpenCV to processing image.Complete the detection of the quality of the mesh,.Finally,based the results,control motor movement and alarm devices and display the results of the test to the display,so as to complete the entire system process.This paper mainly completes the hardware equipment selection,image processing algorithms research,system platform construction,debugging and so on.Finally,it is proved that the system achieves the expected goal,and can detect the quality defects of the flexible mesh accurately and quickly.
