When return to the atmosphere, the speed of the aircraft can be up to a dozen or even dozens of Mach, and high temperature form the surrounding air ionization into plasma sheath,which caused the electromagnetic wave that project onto it reflection, refraction, and scattering,and that propagate in it attenuation. This seriously impede the communication between the aircraft with the outside world, and influence the safety of the aircraft. In order to solve this problem, the domestic and foreign researchers have proposed many possible solutions, and have not solve it now. The three waves nonlinear effect in plasma is one possible solution.This paper carry out research on the three waves nonlinear effect of the plasma, and specific work is as follows:(1) First of all, introduce the research's background and significance, then introduce the fluid mechanics equations in plasma, and establish mathematical physics model of plasma and electromagnetic wave' interaction process combined with maxwell equations,(2) Carry out the frequency domain numerical simulation research on three waves nonlinear effect of the plasma. The main work is to solve the correction of the Ginzburg equation and the nonlinear current, then analyze the influence of the incidence angle of the low frequency signal, the parameters of the pump source and plasma electron density distribution on nonlinear; Finally, give the simulation results on the RAM C actual plasma electron density distribution.(3) Carry out the time domain algorithm research on three waves nonlinear effects in plasma. In order to analyze the nonlinear current more intuitively, JEC - FDTD method is used;At the same the, in order to save computation time, parallel programming is implemented in c# environment, combined with CUDA, Finally, analyze the nonlinear effect under the actual RAM C plasma electron density distribution, do contrast with the results of frequency domain,and give the feasibility qualitatively of the three wave nonlinear effects overcoming the blackout.In this paper, the analysis can determine the key technology parameters for the system that suppress the "blackout" with the three waves nonlinear effect, including the pump source frequency, power, installation/position requirements, provide theoretical basis for system design and engineering application.
