At present,spatial database technology,which is represented by geographical information system(GIS),has been paid more and more attention.As one of the most important research contents of spatial database,spatial directional relationship and its qualitative reasoning play an irreplaceable role.With the development of the times,more and more requirements are put forward on the technology of spatial directional relationship reasoning.Most of the current directional relationship reasoning is based on the determination of the object or static object.In the practical application,the uncertainty of spatial objects is widespread,and most of the spatial objects are in the state of motion.However,there is a lack of research on the problem of dynamic directional relationship reasoning.Aiming at this problem,this paper make research in detail.The main contents are above:Firstly,based on the model of rectangular space spatial relationship and the structure of concept neighborhood,a spatial directional relationship reasoning model of uncertain object is proposed.Using regions with board boundaries to represent uncertain objects,operation rules of directional relationship and reasoning processes are proposed for uncertain objects themselves,uncertain objects and exact objects.This reasoning model not only can deal with uncertain objects,but also can deal exact objects.It consolidate the expression problem of uncertain objects and exact objects.Secondly,the rules of judging the directional relationship of dynamic uncertain objects and the optimization method of inference algorithm are given.The classification of directional relationships and its corresponding rules for each category are given.These rules can quickly eliminate a large number of irrational directional relationships through the topological relationships between the object itself,object and its reference object.Thus,the efficiency of the algorithm is greatly improved.Finally,the design and implementation of this relationship reasoning system are introduced.The design idea of the system and its operation flow are introduced.The operation process and operation results of the system are given,and the results are proved to be reasonable.Exact objects,as a special case of uncertain objects,its dynamic directional relationship also can be deal with through this system.Thus,the completeness and unity of the reasoning of spatial object directional relationship are achieved.
