With the development of science and technology,the airport has made great progress in digitization of informationization.Various departments of the airport have also developed or introduced different types of information management system,which improves the environment of airport information application.However,due to the current technological level,the complexity of the monitoring environment of the airport's major energy sites and the instability of electronic instruments and other factors,resulting in a variety of airport energy data collection difficulties,and the collection of energy data is widespread redundancy lack,noise and other undesirable phenomena.Therefore,It is very important to study the new airport energy data acquisition technology and to study the appropriate airport energy data processing algorithm.Firstly,aiming at various problems in the process of airport energy data acquisition,this paper designs the real-time collecting platform of airport energy data by using internet technology,automation technology and database technology,then processing and analysis the collected energy data.According to the different characteristics of airport energy data,the data preprocessing method is proposed,and then combining the empirical mode decomposition prediction method with least squares support vector machine to solve the problem of missing data,using Drosophila algorithm to optimizating the least squares support vector machine parameters at the same time.The simulation results show that the proposed method has a significant improvement in prediction accuracy,and is able to fill the lack of airport energy data.At last,the improved Kalman filter method based on the trackless transformation of airport energy data is proposed by using the established regression prediction model.Based on the original Kalman filter method,the effect of filtering is improved by adding error feedback.Through the realization of the algorithm,accurate airport energy data can be obtained.Contrast experiments were carried out under the same conditions,comparing the filtering effect of different filtering methods of the same site.Under different sites and different models to verify the experiment,verify the applicability and effectiveness of the method.The results show that the proposed method has good filtering effect on unknown nonlinear systems and has good application prospects.
