Denial of service(DoS)attack is one of the most serious threats which cloud computing is faced with. For the issue that the routing platform is vulnerable in cloud computing, the DoS attack defense approach of cloud computing routing platform based on security access path(SAP)is studied.According to the cloud computing tum routing strategy,a security access path algorithm(SAPA),which improves the traditional secure overlay service(SOS),is proposed based on the research on DoS attacks.According to SAPA,the tum routing platform is divided logically into security access layer, intermediary layer and secret transmit layer, the security paths are generated making use of the node route table maintained by each node and a filter strategy around data center and core layer of tum routing platform is set.For the dynamism of security access paths, the safety of routing platform and the processing efficiency of access requests, strategies with which the tum routing platform updates role nodes periodically and caches security access paths are adopted. The SAPA mathematical model is built and the indexes which verify the performance of SAPA are designed. The proposed algorithm is simulated on OMNeT++ platform, and a Test-bed platform is built in actual network environment to verify the performance and the effect of defending DoS attack. With the perspective of effect of defending DoS attack,SAPA and SOS are analyzed comparatively, the results show that SAPA has relatively ideal communication performance, and compared with SOS,SAPA can reduce the impact of communication success rate caused by DoS attacks more effectively while keeping higher user access efficiency.
