High dynamic electromechanical actuator control system is a more complex servo system,high control performance requirements,especially for position control accuracy is more strict,high dynamic electromechanical actuator not only in position control accuracy,but also important to the rapid performance of the rudder system.In this paper,according to the performance requirements of the rudder system and its own characteristics,a complete set of rudder control system is designed,and the control system is studied.Firstly,the composition structure and working principle of the rudder system are introduced.according to the working principle of each component,the corresponding mathematical model is established.according to the working process of rudder system,the model is built by MATLAB \ Simulink platform,which lays the foundation for the control research of the rudder system under different controllers.This paper introduces the composition and working principle of brushless DC motor,brushless DC motor is a new type of permanent magnet DC motor after brushless DC motor,the permanent magnet brushless DC motor has abandoned the traditional idea of contact commutation,but through position sensor and electronic commutator to achieve this kind of contactless commutation,the performance of the system is greatly improved,and also has the characteristics of speed performance,good control performance,wide rotation torque,wide range,high efficiency and smooth running.This paper focuses on the response speed and tracking effect of the rudder system under two different controllers.This paper introduces the traditional PID control,the advantages of this control method is simple principle,easy to use,and this method is relatively mature,in the control precision requirements are not very widely used in the system,the shortcomings are affected by external interference and controlled object parameters change greatly;According to the PID control can find its performance shortcomings,and design another controller,the sliding mode variable structure control,the controller has less influence on the external interference and controlled object parameter change,so it can effectively solve the problem of the rudder system jitter,but this can be realized in the theory,but the sliding mode variable structure control has its deficiencies,because of its own nature of the reasons for buffeting,in this paper is introduced in detail.In the design of hardware,the DSP-TMS32F2812 chip produced by ti company is the core of the controller,in which the hardware design includes: drive circuit,three-phase inverter circuit,photoelectric isolation circuit,communication interface circuit and so on.Through the hardware debugging,the performance of the PID controller and the sliding mode variable structure controller under the rudder system is observed.
