Optical Transport Network(Optical Transport Network),is evolved from the traditional transmission network system and wavelength division multiplexing technology as a basis for a new generation of transmission network,and gradually become the mainstream of the future development of network technology trends.OTN has not only limited to the traditional network of electronic and optical domain service transmission,has become a digital transmission and analog transmission consistency standards.OTN is committed to solving the problems of the traditional network is a sub-network service scheduling poor,the other is the communication transmission service protection is weak.In the field of OTN technology,shortening the protection switching time of optical transport network has considerable research significance and realistic value.This topic focuses on the optical transport network of multiple groups of business protection switching,to shorten the OTN business protection switching time has a high reference value.Based on the research and comparison of the development status of OTN at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the OTN protection switching method and finds that the traditional protection switching service is used to optimize the multi-group single-thread service in order to deal with the state machine Issued a cross-configuration command,so dealing with a single group of business time is shorter,while dealing with multiple groups and to ensure protection switching time does not exceed 50 ms.The traditional method can handle the number of business switching groups at the same time,so the service throughput is low.The optimization scheme described in this paper improves the traditional processing mode.The optimization scheme uses a custom queue scheduling algorithm to change the processing mode of the service in the specific service transmission period.The advantage is that the multi-group service is improved as a whole While protecting the switching rate,shortening the protection switching time of multiple groups of services,the overall increase in the number of groups to deal with the same time to protect the switch,increase the protection of switching services,system throughput and improve the OTN processing and protection switching business efficiency.
