Nowadays,with the improvement of people's living,private cars have appeared in the general public of the home,therefore the status of car insurance in the insurance industry has become more and more prominent,and the proportion of income is becoming more and more high in the insurance industry.So it is important for company to improve the competitiveness of car insurance claims.With the implementation of the reform of commercial car insurance,we need to improving the existing management system and perfect Cooperate with commercial insurance reform smoothly implementation.The insurance industry had established the industry standard models and car damage insurance benchmark pure risk premium database,provide a reference for the property insurance company of the scientific definition of commercial car insurance rates,and improved the scientific,stability and regulation of the car insurance industry.In this paper,we systematic exposition the car insurance commercial insurance reform and some adjustment through the reform process of the people's Insurance Company of China.we established the Car Insurance Claims System that is based on J2EE and it is suitable for Chinese conditions.Firstly,we investigate the significance of the reform of car insurance claims and analyzes the necessity of establish such modern system in current background and significance.Secondly,we determine the function of each module analysis the necessity and make the system requirement analysis,then we feasibility analysis of the system architecture and get the full framework of our system.Finally,we determine the various function modules that required in this system,and make full analysis and designed for these function modules,.In this paper,the car insurance reform claim system is divided into nine function modules,all these function are:user management subsystem and query subsystem,filing system,survey subsystem,to assess the damage subsystem,accessories inquiry subsystem,nuclear damage closed subsystem,and data maintenance subsystem,data analysis subsystem.In this paper,we released the industry models and car damage insurance benchmark to the insurance company.In order to ensure the insurance company access to industry models and car damage insurance premium data timely and accurately,we established a data publish system that publishing the data to insurance company with dynamic.We design and implement the car insurance reform claim system,that provides a complete operation process to employees,and makes a lot convenient for their operation.At the same time,improved real-time with a better customer experience of the system.In conclusion,the car insurance claims management system can improve the operation efficiency.
