The social network has become an important platform for the mass public to share and exchange information,which satisfies the social needs of the users to a great extent.Various social platforms such as Sina microblog,Tencent QQ,Weixin,Facebook,Twitter and so on,which contain a large number of users and the various information,carry out the exchange of information all the time.The real positive information in the cyberspace will have a positive effect on both individuals and society,promote economic development,social stability and harmony,and the spread of false negative information will cause great crisis to the economy and social security.Therefore,the analysis and study of information dissemination in cyberspace has important practical significance.In the paper,there are two aspects study for the information dissemination in cyberspace: On the one hand,an method based on topic-sensitive is proposed for the identification of opinion leaders in social networks,and the method makes the identification of the key nodes more targeted,and proposes a new solution to the problem of maximizing the propagation for topic sensitive information;On the other hand,the study of crisis information spread,which owns the public attention,is analyzed from the choice of different communication channels,the subjective attitudes of the mass groups,and the intervention of the government and the authoritative institutions.For the identification of opinion leaders based on topic-sensitive,the proposed method makes the identification of the key nodes more targeted in the topic sensitive information dissemination.Firstly,besides the static topology,the dynamic influencing factors of information dissemination in social networks are considered and analyzed,such as the activity of information spread,the attention which the users receive,and the different weights of propagation attribute eigenvalues are given by the method of Saaty analytic hierarchy process,which is based on its influence on information dissemination.Secondly,the text mining algorithm is used to mine the hidden topic from the shared information,and the authoritative of the user in the specific topic domain is defined.The higher authority of user in a certain topic domain,the easier it is to be trusted by the users who are interested in the topic,and the higher authority improves the probability of propagation between users,promoting the maximum diffusion of the information.Thirdly,on the basis of Page Rank algorithm,the importance of nodes in the network is measured,and the model of network information dissemination is established on the basis of independent cascade model.Finally,the data from Sina microblog is collected by network crawler technology,and the information diffusion maximization experiment is carried out to prove the effectiveness of the method.At the same time,the limitation of the method is also described.Crisis events are closely related to the mass public,and their occurrences often pose some threat to economic development and social stability,and the improper handling of the crisis information may cause a more serious secondary crisis.Therefore,the research on the crisis information dissemination is of great practical significance.The study on the dissemination of crisis information in this part is mainly aimed at analyzing and discussing the competitive relationship between real information and false information in different communication channels.Firstly,the crisis information dissemination process is divided into three stages of latency period,the outbreak of the spread period,the recovery period,and the deep analysis is made for the crisis information dissemination in different stages.Secondly,the mathematical analysis is made for the choice of different dissemination channels,the subjective attitude of the users,and the influence of intervention from government and authority in crisis information dissemination.Finally,according to the different characteristics of crisis information dissemination modes in the three stages,the corresponding strategies are put forward.
