Research On Crisis Management Information Guarantee Based On Information Ecology

At present,with the frequently diversified crisis events occurring in our country,crisis management has aroused extensive concern from all walks of life,and put forward higher requirements to the government's governance ability and the modernization of governance system.In the crisis management,information security throughout the various stages of crisis management,all aspects.The ability and level of information security directly affect the crisis management process.Recently,in the practice of crisis management,the crisis management has changed from the government as a unilateral development to a ne w management model of the government,the media,the public and ot her diverse subjects widely involved,extensive communication,extensiv e information sharing.Therefore,how to effectively manage,identify,u se and improve the information security capability of crisis managemen t is one of the important tasks in front of crisis managers in the proce ss of crisis management.This paper creatively study the information security problem of crisi s management with the basic theory of information ecology,constructs the inf ormation ecosystem of crisis management,and first puts forward the three im portant information groups in the crisis management information ecosyste m,namely the government,the public,the media,the information environm ent of the information ecosystem and the information population,the informa tion niche of the information population,the width of the information niche,t he overlap degree,the article analyzes the dynamic change.And in the evening of December 31,2014 Shanghai Bund stampede has carried on the case analysis,the relevant management revelation of information secur ity in crisis management was obtained and verified.Through the analysis,the research results of this paper are as follows: I n order to carry out the information security work of crisis management more efficiently,we should try to improve the operational efficiency of crisi s management information ecosystem,that is,make the ecological crisis management information system of population,the government and the public,the media to survive in a more appropriate information environ ment,and achieve the most appropriate niche.It mainly includes two aspe cts: on the one hand is to optimize the crisis management information ecosystem environment,including political,economic,legal,technical e nvironment;On the other hand is to optimize the crisis management in formation ecosystem populations,that is to optimize the information nic he of the government,the public and the media.
