In the past few decades,a variety of electrical and electronic technology almost according to the law of the development of the index changes,a variety of new products is mushroomed,which to some extent,accelerated the rapid development of electronic equipment.The miniaturization of the integrated circuit(IC),the high speed of running makes the high-speed digital system has changed greatly compared to the previous low-speed circuit,but there have been many new problems: signal integrity(SI),power integrity(PI),electromagnetic compatibility(EMC),which in turn the signal integrity of the problem is particularly urgent.In this paper,the L-bridge structure and the C-type EBG are analyzed,and the new type of EBG structure is obtained by embedding the CSRR resonator and the C-type structure on the basis of the L-bridge.The new EBG structure has the characteristics of wide bandwidth of CSRR resonant cavity,while retaining the low cutoff frequency of L-bridge.In the-30 d B conditions,the suppression bandwidth from 620 MHz reached 20 GHz.In this paper,we compare the S-parameter simulation and the measured results to verify the reliability of the new structure simulation.In this paper,the signal integrity of the new structure is analyzed.Through the eye diagram simulation of single-ended transmission line and differential line,the requirement of signal integrity is satisfied when the new structure is applied.At the end of this paper,the DC voltage drop of the new structure is simulated.The impedance of the new power plane is 45.7 milliohms,which is not very different from the plane impedance of L-bridge.This article mainly refers to the high-speed PCB circuit switching noise suppression method at the same time,a total of five chapters.In the first chapter,the background of high-speed digital circuit is introduced,and the research status at home and abroad is introduced,which shows the difference of signal integrity problem at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the theoretical knowledge of high-speed circuit and analyzes the reflection,crosstalk and timing problems.In the third chapter,the causes of simultaneous switching noise are analyzed,and some methods of suppressing SSN(such as decoupling,shielding,electromagnetic bandgap structure)are analyzed.In the third chapter,the effect of several typical electromagnetic bandgap structures on SSN is analyzed,and a new electromagnetic bandgap structure is introduced which is the core of this paper.In chapter 4,the structural characteristics of the new EBG structure,the S-parameter simulation and the measured data are compared.The suppression bandwidth of the new structure is from 620 MHz to 20 GHz,and it has a good suppression effect.At the same time,the upper cutoff frequency of the new structure is obtained by the parallel plate resonator theory when the new cutoff frequency and high frequency are obtained by the lumped parameter circuit model.Finally,through the simulation of signal integrity and power integrity,it is further explained that the new structure has little effect on signal integrity and power integrity while suppressing SSN.The last chapter summarizes the full text and suggests possible directions for future suppression of SSN.
