With the development of satellite communication technology,satellite network topology are also beginning to shift from single satellite network to the multilayer satellite networks gradually.Compared with single layer satellite networks,the multilayer satellite network is more flexible.It also has a strong network anti-destroying ability and high space utilization rate of spectrum.Access process is the first step in a complete communication process,.So the research on related technologies in the process of access is very important and has a certain significance.This thesis mainly focuses on multi-satellite communication network access technology.Based on the structure of backbone-layer&access-layer of multi-layer satellite network communication model,this thesis mainly researches on multi-layer satellite communication access technologies in three areas:multiple access technology,access strategy and switching strategy.The main innovation of this thesis and research work are as follows:(1)Based the study of multiple access technology,this thesis presents an business priority based random access backoff algorithm.According to the algorithm,the higher priority data group has a higher success rate of sending than the lower priority data group by changing the size of the backoff window according to the different priority level of different services.(2)Based on the study in satellite network access strategy,this thesis proposes an integrated weighted access strategy based on business category.With This access strategy,a service request get the best access to the most suitable satellite by dynamically changing weights of the parameters in the access strategy according to the business category.(3)Based on the research of satellite communications switching strategy and satellite communications business characteristics,this thesis proposes an integrated weighted switching strategy based on business category and business priorities.By dynamically changing the handover request's priority in the switching buffer according to the business characteristics of the handover request,this switching strategy reduces the switching forced interrupt probability of high priority business.
