User's expectation for services provided by operators is getting higher and higher.It is a critical problem to ensure good degree of satisfaction to services provided by operators.Traditional network optimization goal is to improve Quality of Service(QoS),but QoS parameters which are the measurement of network performance are not capable of measuring user experience directly and effectively.Therefore the concept of Quality of Experience(QoE)is proposed by the International Telecommunications Union Standard Telecommunication Standardization Sector.QoE examines and weighs QoS parameters.Taking the different influence of QoS parameters to user as a starting point,the network can be optimized in a right way.From the perspective of QoE,it is also a critical issue for us to use the limited spectrum resources and energy.Firstly,this thesis makes a brief introduction to the research background including the definition of QoE,influencing factors and QoE evaluation methods is briefly introduced.Then the key technology of LTE is studied.And the common resource allocation algorithm are summarized.Afterwards,two cases are considered.For the first case,considering many users using the single service at the same time in a single cell,this thesis puts forward the optimization goal to maximize QoE in the case of limited spectrum and power.PRBs with equal power are allocated to users firstly.Further,the best power allocation can be attained by using the convex optimization method.Simulation results show that proposed algorithm improves average QoE efficiently.For the second case,considering many users use the multiple services at the same time in a single cell,this thesis puts forward the optimization goal to maximize QoE in the case of limited spectrum and power.PRBs with equal power are allocated to which gets the best MOS gain.Further,to maximize each user's rate,water filling algorithm is used to attain the best power allocation.An optimization goal to maximize QoE with fairness constrain is also proposed.PRBs are allocated to which has the lowest MOS then water filling algorithm is also used to maximize user's rate.Simulation results show that proposed algorithms improve average QoE and fairness based on QoE.
