With the development of information technology, the demand on information safety during the information transmission process is steadily growing, bringing about increasing attention on technique of Information Hiding.This paper mainly aims at building up a FM Parasitic Communication System platform with active FM station as blindage under the condition of not disturbing the reception of normal FM signal ; thereby achieving the goal of parasitizing the communication signal on FM broadcast signal, using advanced Cognitive Radio Technology. This paper firstly gives an introduction on the research background and the current situation, after which, states the key techniques of FM Parasitic communication system platform and analyzes the design requirements of the system,in order to separate the transmission signal completely from the composite signal while the FM of receiving end is uncertain and signal concealing of transmitter is realisable. Therefore,following the design proposal,a simulation Parasitic Communication System was carried out on the basis of GNU Radio software platform Finally,the FM Parasitic communication system was set up and the experiment was conducted under real context based on USRP hardware platform as well as GNU Radio software platform to evaluate the design's feasibility. From the test result, it is obvious that the basic objective has been achieved by realizing the contrast between the signal received from receiver after signal processing and the parasitic signal, so that verifying the validity of signal.
