With the rapid development of the Internet and mobile services,it needs the network to have a higher capacity and data transmission rate about the explosive growth of mobile data traffic.The deployment of ultra-dense network is one of the key technologies to improve the performance of the network.Due to the high cell density,the integration of different wireless access technologies,and the different layers of the networks,the ultra-dense network provide the users many choices of access the networks.However,it also brings some challenges for the transmission of mobile data.In the ultra-dense network,the user handover must first discovery the network periodically,thus increasing the cost of the terminal battery;handover decision made by the user are generally based on user preferences and different type of access points,without considering the whole network load balancing problem;the process of handover execution cause the signaling load due to interaction of handover context informationThis paper analyzes handover management from three aspects in ultra-dense network,including mobile handover architecture optimization,mobile location management optimization and mobile handover decision optimization.For signaling load caused by frequently handover,this paper designed a mobile handover management in ultra-dense network.The method optimized the selection strategy of access point and the handover execution thanking to quickly detect the available wireless access points and network load status information.This paper firstly describes the process of quickly detecting access point information witch can provide basis of handover trigger and the selection of access point and then proposed a handover decision approach considering the UE service demands and load balancing between access point.In the same time,this paper reduce the signaling load through optimizing the signaling interaction.Finally,we set up a Linux simulation platform of ultra-dense,simulate the proposed handover scheme based on mobile network management,and verify the validity of our scheme in the environment with ambient static deploy access point.
