The rapid development of mobile communication technology brings the formation of the current heterogeneous wireless network situation,any kind of technology can not fully meet the needs of users, it has become a trend to mix all the technology into mobile communication.Users can access to the heterogeneous network through Multimode Terminal (MT) to obtain personalized services. Access to the network need to take the network situation, business demand, and users into consideration, and can be regarded as a game process. This paper studies the accessory of multi-traffic to heterogeneous network combined with game theory as well as multiple user terminals access to heterogeneous network in several aspects such as network, traffic, users, to improve the quality of service and utilization of network.(1 ) For a single user terminal running multiple services at the same time, this paper introduce the Nash equilibrium of game theory into the algorithm based on the flow access, for the sake of further optimize in accessing network. At the same time, the business is divided into direct interactive services and indirect interactive services according to the degree of interaction between business and users. In this paper, Nash equilibrium and multi-attribute decision are combined, and differentiated utility functions are used to incorporate service priorities and various network attributes into the algorithm, The improved TOPSIS algorithm is used to sort the candidate network so that the terminal can improve the network utilization rate and user experience.(2) In the multi-user scenario, when the access user reaches the system limit, it can reduce the resources provided to a single user with a certain quality of service(QoS) base line. At the same time, the strategy of sacrificing a small part of QoS can obtain the compensate value to ensure that this "backward" user get the "priority" position in the next access.The introduction of compensation value ensures the fairness and continuity of the entire access system, improve the user's overall satisfaction as well.Simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper achieves higher user satisfaction than traditional algorithms, and also improves the utilization rate of network resources. In the case of multi-user scenario, the algorithm proposed in this paper improves the overall network resource utilization rate, and the introduction of compensate value ensures the effectiveness of the algorithm.
