| With the popularity of intelligent devices such as smart phones and wireless computers, the demand for wireless video transmission is in-creasing, and more people want to watch better quality video at any time in the context of the rapid development of mobile communications. So wireless video transmission has gotten increasingly high concern. How-ever, in the traditional wireless video transmission, because of the limita-tion of channel resources, it is difficult to further improve the quality of video transmission under the condition of limited channel resources. How to use the limited resources to resist the influence of bad noise, increase the channel utilization, improve the quality of the video which is gotten by users, keep the balance between the user’s growing demand for video quality and the limited transmission resources in the project is a very im-portant issue. Secondly, because each user has different channel condi-tions, how to make the users with different channel conditions get better video quality, which is to ensure the fairness of broadcasting users is a very big problem. We know that different users often have different channel conditions, the processing power of the terminal device is also very different, users with poor channel condition can not get an accepta-ble user experience.In order to solve the above two problems, in this paper, we propose a cooperative coding scheme that combines fountain code and relay in the background of wireless transmission, and cascade fountain code and convolutional code so that the fountain code can be applied to the Gauss-ian channel. At first, we introduce the basic principle of fountain code and the related theory and technology of cooperative coding. At the same time,we analyze and discuss the fountain code and convolutional code concat-enation. At last, the experimental framework of the whole scheme is in-troduced, and the experiment flow and experiment parameters are given to facilitate the experiment. At last, we propose further improvement in the existing program to get better performance. Experimental results show that the fountain code can be applied to Gaussian channel by con-catenation of fountain code and convolutional code. At the same time,compared with the scheme using LDPC code, the scheme in this paper can effectively reduce the number of bit we need to transport when chan-nel condition is poor and improve the throughput. |
