Video accounts most of resource in wireless network.Low utilization of retransmission and catton are the main factors affecting video quality.A new joint source-channel optimization mechanism is proposed to solve the problem.The mechanism consists of the rearrangement of NALU and a method of HARQ,meanwhile methods of LDPC encoder-decoder,error estimating and error feedback apply for the HARQ method.The characters of video streaming and transmission in wireless network are studied so that the rearrangement of NALU(NAL Unit)can be acheived.A new HARQ mechanism(EE(Error Estimated)-HARQ)is proposed to solve the problem of low resource utilization in LTE HARQ.An enhanced CRC is proposed to joint EEC and CRC to estimating errors and error position in a word.According to the error information,a new IR-LDPC is used to correct the error part in a word when retransmission.A feedback mechanism is needed for the whole proposal,an optimization for it to save uplink resource.According to the simulation,the new proposal can get 17.84%bandwidth thrift in awgn channel and 14.5%in Rayleigh channel.The deficiency and profit of this mechanism applyed to Turbo is also displayed.Furthermore,the proposal can apply for any delay-insensitive business.
