With the continuous development of communication technology, the requirements for the quality of the reliability, stability, security are getting higher and higher. In the current complex electromagnetic environment,how to avoid spectrum interference, ensure the quality of communication has become the focus point of the study. According to the work requirements of a cooperative department, the project team developed a radio cognitive radio communication platform based on cognitive radio technology. The platform can effectively avoid the interference of the frequency point, improve the efficiency of spectrum reuse, ensure the quality of communication in the case of poor electromagnetic interference and lack of spectrum resources. The research results have been recognized by the cooperative department,however,there are still some problems such as packet dropping or blocking in the transmission of spectrum data, and the working frequency of the spectrum decision is the interference frequency. In order to further improve the performance of communication systems, the project team on cognitive radio technology based broadband software radio communication platform has been improved. Perceptual and decision-making is an important part of the communication platform, and how to ensure the reliability of the communication between the perception terminal and the decision-making terminal is very important.This thesis presents a design and improvement scheme of data communication between the perception terminal and the decision-making terminal in a broadband cognitive radio communication platform. The main works and innovations are as follows:1. In order to solve the interference of the perception terminal in the specified frequency band, which is possible to mistakenly take our frequency hopping signal as the interference to generate the miscarriage of justice, this scheme of the joint timing design of the frequency hopping communication system and the spectrum sensing terminal is given. This scheme adopts the method of combining the frequency-hopping communication terminal and the perception terminal to synchronize and asynchronously. It avoids the misjudgment of the sensing terminal to one's own frequency hopping signal, and ensures accuracy, timeliness and orderliness of the spectral information collected by the sensing terminal in each frequency band.2. In order to improve the privacy and reliability of the spectrum data transmission process, and match with transceiver timing of the new data buffer module, this thesis refactors the PCI interface module. This module adds custom communication protocol to coordinate the timing control of FPGA and PCI transmission to ensure the correctness of the data information and control command information in the analysis process.3. In order to solve the problem of packet loss and congestion in the transmission process, which causes the whole decision-making system has some problems,such as wrong decision or slow response, the improved data buffer module is added in the improvement scheme. This module uses Gray code as the state machine code, and performs asynchronous ping-pong operation on two FIFO-based RAM blocks,which meets the space requirements of the control command and the spectrum data to the buffer interval and the time requirement of the clock reading and writing rate, and ensures the orderly and reliable data transmission.4. In order to match the modified PCI communication module of perceptual terminal, the decision-making PCI communication module has been redesigned and implemented. Through the new communication protocol, the module sends control command information to the perceptual terminal, receives and analyzes the spectrum data transmitted from the perceptual terminal, which improves the system functionality.Experiments show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the false detection rate and improve the system response rate in the high-speed frequency hopping environment, and enhance the communication capability and anti-jamming capability of the system in the wireless communication network.
