| WebRTC(Web Real-Time Communications)is a technology aimed at making real-time audio and video communications inside the browser.This technology is widely focused on because of its low cost,high maintainability,and many other advantages.WebRTC has changed the way of developing real-time video communication applications.Using this technology,developers can develop real-time communication applications by calling simple JavaScript APIs,which makes application development focus more on the business logic,and greatly shortens development cycles.WebRTC technology has caused a huge impact on the field of traditional telecom.In order to face the impact,the major telecom operators are actively engaged in research costs,hoping to combine IMS services and WebRTC technology together,and make a successful transition in the new technical reform?This paper presents a realization to achieve mutual communication between WebRTC system and IMS systems at media level.Firstly,this paper has researched WebRTC technology background,relative protocol agreements and the technical standards,such as SDP protocol,NAT traversal,media codec specification and ROAP signaling protocols.And then,this paper has confirmed that the functions media gateway must possess are the session negotiation,video transcoding,media stream encryption and transport.Based on these researches,this paper gives the following schems:by signaling protocol conversions,media gateway establishes direct P2P media connections with both communication end points,and then performances media communications by the media transcoding and relay.According to the schems,this paper identifies the technical architecture of media gateway:a central server provides services for message distribution and control,sub gateway entities provide particular media session services in order to support distributed deployments.Finally,this paper makes coding tests on the correctness of gateway,thus verifying the availability and reliability of the system. |
