With the development of the Internet applications, the traditional IP network can't meet the needs of people any longer. The traditional mechanism seriously restricts the further development of the network. However, the traditional patching method has been unable to fix the network's problems. Adding new algorithm on the existing network leads to more burden to the network. To completely solve these problems, it's necessary to think about the improvement of the network architecture.Academia puts forward a new architecture called Content-Centric Network (CCN).This paper firstly overviews the concept and development of Content-Centeric Network, and then introduces the key technology of CCN, including the technology of network content naming, cache mechanism, routing mechanism and communication process. Detailed on the network cache strategy, including the cache replacement strategy, cache placement strategy. Then analyze the cache placement strategy research status and the main research results.Caching strategy has a decisive influence on the performance of the CCN. In this paper, an Autonomous System Collaboration Caching Strategy Based on Content Popularity (ASCCS-P) is proposed to achieve the explicit collaboration, reduce the cache redundancy, improve the cache utilization rate and increase the cache hit rate.Firstly, the network is divided into several Autonomous Systems (AS) before carrying out the centralized control. Then we select the control nodes according to the betweenness and the cache replacement rate of the nodes. Each AS is centralized controlled by the control node. At the same time, the selected control node computes the popularity statistics of different contents to determine the suitable cache policy for them. Under this strategy, nodes in the same AS cooperate with each other, which improves the transparency of the network cache, and thereby achieve the cache performance gain of the CCN. It makes the optimal performance of the cache become possible.Using BRIST, Omnet++ and ccnSim to achieve the simulation of the test network. BRIST is a topology generator, used to generate test network topology;Omnet++ is used to provide network testing environment; ccnSim is used to realize the communication process between the network nodes. By analyzing the simulation results, concludes that ASCCS-P can improve the network performance effectively.
