Nowadays, the demand for the capacity and efficiency of mobile communication is increasing rapidly. However, under the existing common communication environment and communication technology,the communication capacity in the cell is often stretched and the user experience needs to be improved. So now, with making the maintenance equipment updation, mobile operators are studying the use of 3D MIMO technology to improve the performance of the network, so 3D MIMO is also an important exploration topic of 3GPP R13 / R14 nowadays.For the purpose of analyzing the performance of the system based on 3D MIMO technology in LTE-A system, this paper designs and validates the program based on 3D MIMO technology. The paper in accordance with the 3GPP standards from various angles of the corresponding program design, and based on the system platform to design the program analysis and validation. Based on the 3GPP official proposal and China Mobile's project requirements, the project proposal and research results support 12 proposals of R13 / R14 proposed by the China Mobile, and promoted the advancement of 3D MIMO technology. The main body of the paper is:This paper describes and demonstrates the design of the assistant algorithm of the bottom layer of the program, including the user scheduling weight algorithm and the codebook algorithm, and designs and tests it from the angles of efficiency, fairness and complexity. It is applied to the system design program.Then, this paper expounds the meaning and value of the program design, lists the reference parameter setting in the program design. And from the view of multi-antenna mapping benchmark performance comparison, the different number of antenna hardware performance, the performance of the same-frequency sector and different frequency sector,multi-stream transmission performance optimization, the reduction of SRS interference and codebook based program, I design and verification the program, focuse on the performance from the edge of the cell throughput, the cell average throughput performance and system spectral resource utilization efficiency and other data indicators for statistical analysis, output of the corresponding results and eventually get the relevant conclusions. Through the corresponding results of the conclusion analysis, the final solid support for the relevant document proposal conclusions.
