With the rapid development of cloud computing and mobile Internet,the emergence of a large number of mobile terminal equipment, as a new service model, mobile cloud computing has received extensive attention and research. Resource scheduling problem has been the focus of cloud computing research, how to allocate the tasks that users submitted better,in order to achieve the quality of service requirements of users is the key to resource scheduling problems.In most of the research of cloud resource scheduling, the scheduling system mainly provides users with common resources such as computing resources, memory resources, and bandwidth resources. There are a lot of research about how to better meet users' needs.with the popular of the mobile network computing model, how to ensure the safe execution of the network task has become the same concern things of mobile users. While meeting the quality of basic services, we add security factors to the resource scheduling process, When the user requests a resource, the task of different security requirements will assign to the virtual machine with different security levels to ensure the security of the user's task. At the same time, in order to avoid security factor will affect the quality of other services, it will be defined as an allowable range of security scheduling.And this security scheduling is a two-way security resource scheduling, the scheduling system also analyzes the security of the task, ensuring the security of virtual machines and other user tasks.Based on the resource scheduling model with security attributes, design a resource scheduling algorithm based on improved particle swarm optimization. Traditional particle swarm algorithm has some problems: the initialization is too random to affect the convergence rate of the algorithm;Parameter selection is not good enough, which affect the running performance of the algorithm, and then, we optimize it by following method, use chaotic function to select the initial particles;Change the inertia factor according to the fitness value, also improve the the selection of acceleration factor. The algorithm is optimized while preserving the advantages of particle swarm.Do the simulation experiment on the Cloud Computing Simulator CloudSim, the experimental results show that the security resource scheduling system based on improved particle swarm can meet the requirements of users on the computing resources, storage resources,bandwidth resources, energy consumption of equipment, while also ensure the security of the entire scheduling process.
