As the demand for communication services increase,the communication technology with high data rate as well as high performance attracts more and more people's attention.With the popularity of LTE network,telecoms practitioners focus on the development of the current LTE system.LTE-Advanced system has taken shape with a variety of new technologies came out.In these new technologies,Heterogeneous Networks is one of the most important technology for LTE-A.Through the deployment of low power eNodeB in homogeneous network,HetNet can provide higher capacity and coverage for LTE system.At the same time,it can meet the different needs of users in different scenarios.As people demand for higher capacity and rate of mobile communications,heterogeneous network has a more long-term development.The ultra-dense network and multicarrier deployment are two important technologies to improve system capacity and rate.With a massive deployment of low power eNodeB,co-channel interference between small cells will be more serious.In addition,to save system energy,cell switch is often used in HetNet.However,after a small cell turned on,it will generate strong interference to its neighboring cells if its frequency resource is allocated unreasonable.Besides,the multicarrier deployment in HetNet will lead traditional load balancing technologies cost more energy and signal overhead.In this article,we firstly analyze interference in ultra-dense network as well as disadvantages of original frequency allocation methods.Then we proposed a frequency resource allocation based on interference coordination for switched-on cells.It through obtain neighboring cells' interference situation and bandwidth usage,to allocate the reasonable frequency resource for the switched-on cells,which can generate minimum interference for whole system.In addition,by the simulation we verified the method can control system interference level effectively.Meanwhile,this article also analyses the multicarrier deployment of HetNet,and points out the effect of pre-load balancing.Based on comparison of the two kinds of existing pre-load balancing scheme,we proposed a cell reselection method for load balancing.By evaluating cells' load condition,each cell can determine the priority and probability for cell reselection.Then it can lead idle UE preferentially reselect to the cell which has better load condition.Finally this method is verified by simulation that it can distribute load effectively for different load conditions.
