As the extension of Internet,Internet of Things(IoT)will realize the dream of monitoring and controlling everything through some universal and simple ways.Agricultural IoT,which is regarded as an essential application of IoT,combines the Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)with modern agriculture techniques.It will modify the traditional farming methods and initiate the era of accurately controlled farming modes.Nowadays he development of Agricultural IoT are encountering two problems,one is how to simultaneously monitor and analyze the massive data collected by WSN,the other is realizing the trustworthy detection of faulty nodes.In order to solve the aforementioned problems,we proposed a monitor system for Agricultural IoT.The system will monitor and manage the overall agricultural IoT through undertaking data analysis,data visualizations and faulty node detections.The application service program collects and stores important data such like temperature,illumination and humidity of field from sensor networks through SOCKET communications.Then the program visualize those data and network structure to users on a web application.We also proposed a faulty node detecting algorithm based on temporal and spatial correlations.The temporal correlations based algorithm is simple with lower accuracy,while the spatial correlations based algorithm holds higher detecting complexity and accuracy.We take advantages of both algorithms and proposed an optimized algorithm guaranteeing response speed and detecting accuracy simultaneously.Meanwhile,we erase the inter-nodes communications in temporal correlation detection to save the communication cost,and involve the clustering algorithms to cluster the spatial nodes and increase their spatial correlation.
