With the rapid development of science and technology and the Internet, people are increasingly demanding the use of mobile data.According to Ericsson data, up to the fourth quarter of 2015, the global mobile users reached 7.3 billion, 99% penetration of mobile users,which was the first time that population of world's mobile user was more than the global population. However,it also shows a high growth trend, which will lead to increasingly contradiction of the frequency resources between supply and demand. On the other hand, the current domestic network is more expensive, which has more and more contradictions with people's growing network needs.According to the US Network Numbering Authority, Asia-Pacific,Europe, North America, and Latin America have exhausted their IPv4 addresses. The development of IPv6 is still stagnant, so the exhausted address resources will bring more serious obstacles to the future development of the network. On the other hand, the issue of information security is getting more and more attention.In order to solve the problem of frequency resource supply and demand, improve spectrum utilization, IPv4 address exhaustion,information security, facilitating people to use network and so on, this paper will creatively propose a network based on super WiFi and IPv9.The main order of framework is based on background and development,demand analysis ,theory analysis and model design, field experiments,integrated application research and simulation . This paper will first discuss the background and significance of the study; then it will focus on mobile communication technology and wireless LAN weaknesses analysis, and lead to demand analysis; theoretical analysis and and model design of the super WiFi are followed ; and then introduce IPv9 and build the IPv9 Network, together with super WiFi for an experiment;the next will be based on super WiFi and IPv9 network application research, focusing on the application in the smart grid simulation description; Finally look to the future, expect to develop a mature network that can be used widely and create a better world.
